Convocation ceremonies are held in the Spring and Fall of each year. Ceremonies in 2025 will be celebrated in person at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre*.

Graduates who complete their programs between May and September will be invited to the Fall ceremony, held on Friday, December 5, 2025.

Eligible graduates will receive an invitation by email in early November.

   - Morning ceremony - 10 am (PST)
   - Afternoon Ceremony - 2:30 pm (PST)
• Location:  Queen Elizabeth Theatre, 630 Hamilton St, Vancouver, BC V6B 5N6
• Event location: 91ÇÑ×Ó Downtown campus (gowning) & Queen Elizabeth Theatre (ceremony)
